Operations Department
Coordinates daily transports, routes, and load scheduling. Ensures communication with drivers, operational support, and accurate data processing for an efficient freight flow.

After-Hours Services
Provides operational support for drivers outside normal working hours, assisting drivers, clients, and dispatch operations during evenings, nights, and weekends.

Safety
Monitors transport safety and driver performance, organizes training, investigates incidents, and promotes a safe working environment.

Maintenance
Oversees vehicle inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability to keep the fleet operating safely and efficiently.

Customer Service and Planning
He handles customer communication, transportation planning, problem-solving, and scheduling coordination, and ensures high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Marketing
Promoting the company’s services, developing branding strategies, managing advertising and digital presence, as well as supporting growth and loyalty initiatives.

It is not required. We offer complete training from zero — all you need is motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Many of our colleagues started without any previous experience in the transport industry.
The standard schedule is 8 hours per day, with the possibility of working in shifts depending on the needs of the team and clients.
We offer a competitive salary, performance bonuses, continuous training, and a friendly work environment where every employee is valued.
The process includes an initial discussion, an interview with the management team, and finally, the employment offer. Everything usually takes a few days.
